Entitlement will vary depending on card tiers such as Titanium, Platinum, World, and World Elite Mastercard or type of cards such as Prepaid or Business Mastercard.

Complimentary access entitlement and fees for your or your guests will vary according to card tier and type.

For countries where Travel Pass hasn’t launched, lounge access is done by showing the Mastercard card at the lounge entrance.

Cardholders need to use the Travel Pass app to check eligibility and access the airport lounge:

Eligibility for complimentary lounge access for the cardholder should be checked directly from the app.

• Membership profile must be fully completed for Tax-Free Form autofill.
