Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) employees joined hands together as a tight knit family on Saturday 20/10/2018 to clean a public forested area in Husban. H.E. Mr. Abdel Kareem Kabariti, Chairman of the Board of Directors, a number of executives and a large number of employees participated in this voluntary initiative organized by the Bank.  Mr. Kabariti expressed his sincere appreciation to all the volunteers for their team effort and participation in this group activity that aims to protect and preserve of the environment. He also stressed on the need to continue to organize such campaigns and that the responsibility of protecting the environment falls on all of us; individuals, private and public corporations and hence stern laws must be imposed that deter or limit actions that lead to pollution of the environment. Mr. Haethum Buttikhi, Head of Retail & Private Banking, said that the Bank's management, in line with its social responsibility and its strategy to contribute effectively to address the environmental challenges facing the Kingdom, decided to organize this voluntary campaign to kick off a series of awareness campaigns to be organized and in collaboration with different organizations and societies concerned with environment issues.
