Jordan Kuwait Bank participated in the inaugural digital forum in the Middle East “Digital Mashreq Forum” that was held at the King Hussein Business Park on June 29-30, 2019. The Forum which was organized by the Jordanian Government in collaboration with the World Bank was attended by the Prime minister of Jordan, H.E. Dr. Omar Razzaz representative of HRH the Crown Prince, in addition to Communications Ministers of each of the three countries (Jordan, Iraq, and Lebanon).   The Forum focused on the development of the digital economy and entrepreneurship in the Mashreq countries. Whereby digital transformation represents a unique opportunity to help the Mashreq economies meet many of the socio-economic challenges towards achieving strong economic growth through the digital economy that is the present and future of global economic activities due to its impact on raising productivity, enhancing efficiency, and improving governance and transparency.
