Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB), in coordination with Coventry University (UK), sent a number of its employees to attend the summer Global Leadership development program. The workshop organized by Coventry University is attended by students from different countries around the world and aims to enhance interaction and cultural exchange among its participants, and to identify and practice modern business management models applied at a number of international institutions. The program also included social and cultural field visits to several landmarks in the United Kingdom. The initiative was led by H.E. Mr. Abdel Karim Kabariti, Chairman of the Board, reaffirming the Bank’s keen interest in developing its young employees’ knowledge and professional skill sets. The program aims at refining and developing the participants' own knowledge and experience by providing them with an opportunity to learn about modern practices and applications in business management while helping them to enhance their self-confidence and motivate them to raise their educational and practical level. The program also allows young employees to exchange experiences and ideas with their counterparts from other countries and interact with the different cultures around us.
