Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) sponsored and participated in the Jordanian Fintech Conference and Exhibition, held at The St. Regis Hotel Amman on August 9-10, 2022, under the auspices of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Chairman of Sofex, in the presence of the Minister of Digital Economy and Leadership, partner representatives and advocates. The importance of this conference is to provide a platform for communication and convergence, the latest technologies, programs and platforms of particular interest to the financial sector and cybersecurity, and to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to exchange experiences. The conference was attended by approximately 600 attendees, more than 45 companies and institutions supporting the event, and 27 speakers, who provided a compendium of their experiences and provided insight into the  fintech applications, security, and methods of protection. Jordan Kuwait Bank had a special wing, that offered its services and products to attendees, visitors and interested persons. JKB’s participation in this event demonstrates its social responsibility to support economic players and private institutions, especially in light of the continuous developments of the latest technologies in the field of Fintech and the acceleration of the digital transformation of banks around the world. Digital transformation is one of the key indicators of the Bank’s competitiveness and market share, as well as its efficiency in providing its banking services. This is reflected in all the bank’s competitive earnings and capital metrics, with an increase in the number and variety of customers and banking products. At the end of the conference, Jordan Kuwait Bank was recognized as one of the supporting organizations and institutions to participate in this event.
