The award was presented during Euromoney’s Middle East Awards for Excellence ceremony held in London, recognizing the bank's ongoing efforts to elevate the standard of banking and investment services offered to its private banking clientele. This acknowledgment reaffirms the bank's substantial position and influence within the regional financial sector.

Euromoney selected Jordan Kuwait Bank for this prestigious title based on a range of comprehensive banking criteria. These criteria assessed various factors such as the bank's exceptional business model for delivering banking services, its strategic client relationships, provision of innovative products, unique wealth and asset management solutions, and customer satisfaction rates, among others.

In 2023, the Jordan Kuwait Bank’s private banking management delivered an exceptional banking and investment experience to clients, both existing and new, with high financial capabilities. This was achieved through a wide array of investment services and solutions, alongside integrated strategies tailored to adapt to rapid global economic and geopolitical shifts. As a result, the private banking division achieved outstanding results, surpassing many global financial benchmarks in portfolio performance evaluation. This success bolstered clients' confidence, leading to a significant increase in the current client base, attracting new clients from within Jordan and beyond. By the end of 2022, the number of private banking clients surged by over 27%, while investment amounts from new and existing clients nearly doubled.
