Terms and Conditions for JKB Mastercard Contactless Campaign

  1. The Campaign Period Commences at 00:01 am local time on 3 Nov 2019 and ends at 23:59 pm local time on 30 Dec 2019.
  2. Customers eligible to enter the draw are individuals with issued primary and supplementary Jordan Kuwait Bank  Mastercard credit and debit cards of all categories during the campaign period and which have recorded a successful contactless purchase transaction at any POS terminal, with or without using PIN, and for a minimum amount of 1 JOD and within the max limit of daily transactions during the campaign period.
  3. The eligible MasterCard card should be active and not delinquent at draw date.
  4. Cards with zero usage will be excluded from the draw.
  5. Cards with no contactless transaction during the campaign period will be excluded from the draw.
  6. Mastercard prepaid cards and Mastercard Fly&Plus cards are excluded from the campaign.
  7. Jordan Kuwait Bank employees  are excluded from the campaign.
  8. The Prizes of this promo are as follows:
    • There will be 58 winners of JOD 100 each. The electronic draw will be held on Thursdays.

    • The maximum value of each prize is JOD 100. Total Prizes to be won is JOD 5,800 for the whole promotion.
  9. The more contactless transactions made, the more chances of winning
  10. The prize winners will be notified by telephone after the draw using the contact details provided.  Prize winners who cannot be reached after three attempts will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the relevant prize without compensation. Last date to claim your prize is January 16, 2020
  11. Should the winner refuse accepting the prize for any reason, another winner will be drawn.
  12. In the case the customer’s contact information has changed, the customer is required to contact the Contact Center at 06-5200999 or visit his branch to update his/her contact information before the campaign ends.
  13. The Bank maintains the right to announce the winners via the communication channels of its choice.
