MASA provides JKB customers with a variety of services, including CliQ transfers, local and domestic transfers, bill payments (Electricity, Water bills), and FAQS covering all banking services and products.

MASA can be accessed through WhatsApp, by messaging JKB on 06-5200999.
Customers can use both text and voice messages.
