Eligibility:

1. The credit card discount program ("Circlee") is open to all customers who hold a valid World Elite, World and Platinum credit card issued by Jordan Kuwait bank.
2. Customers must be in good standing with the bank and meet the eligibility criteria set by the Jordan Kuwait Bank.
3. In case the customer deleted his card he will not be eligible to this program .

Discount Offer:

1. The Program offers exclusive discounts on select products, services, or merchant transactions ` when customers use their credit cards for payment.
2. The specific discounts, eligible merchants, and transaction types will be communicated through promotional materials, bank's website, or other official channels.
3. The bank reserves the right to modify or withdraw any discount offers without prior notice.

Activation and Enrollment:

1. Customers should enrolled in the Program upon receiving their promocode via SMS .
2. Customers may need to activate the Program by opting in through, Circlee mobile apps on Ios and Androide.
3. Activation procedures and instructions will be provided and posted on JKB website.

Discount Redemption:

1. Customers must use their credit cards for eligible transactions at participating merchants to avail the discounts.
2. Eligible customers can take advantage of all offers and discounts available in the application at any time.

Validity and Exclusions:

1. The discount program is valid until further notice from the bank.
2. The bank reserves the right to modify or exclude specific transaction types or merchant categories from the Program.

 Liability:

1. The bank is not liable for any issues arising from the products or services offered by participating merchants.
2. The bank has nothing to do in the event of any dispute or disagreement between the merchant and the customer over a specific commodity or a specific discount rate.
3. The bank is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by customers as a result of using the Program or any merchant services.

Privacy and Data Protection:

1. By participating in the Program, customers agree to the bank's privacy and data protection policies.
2. Customer information collected during the Program will be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Termination or Amendment:

1. The bank reserves the right to terminate or amend the Program at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of termination, customers will be notified through appropriate channels.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in the Program, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The bank reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions at its discretion.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail in accordance with the law.
