For the 12th consecutive year, JKB organized an internship program aimed at the development and rehabilitation of young men and women sponsored by the Lothan Youth Achievement Center (LOYAC - Jordan) enrolled in the Darb summer internship program, a program that is supported by King Abdullah II Fund for Development. The internship program at JKB aims at empowering the interns and to provide them with better opportunities upon entering the job market by offering theoretical and practical components by training the 14 participating student, 8 of whom interned at different departments at the Bank’s Head office, and 6 at branches located at different governorates throughout the Kingdom. The internship also included a number of team building and recreational activities.  At the end of the program, a ceremony was held to honor the participating students in the presence of the Bank's management and the LOYAC (Jordan), certificates and appreciation gifts were presented by the Bank.
