Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) hosted the event organized by the Jordanian Environment Society (JES) at the Bank Theater to honor the winners of the school environmental theater competition on Tuesday 16/5/2017.   The ceremony was attended by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment, Mr. Ahmed Al-Qatarna, Marketing and Public Relations Manager at JKB, Mrs. Dana Jaradat, President of JES, Mr. Ali Freihat, members of the Jordan Environment Society, and officials and students from the participating schools.   Eng. Ahmed Al-Qatarna stressed the great efforts exerted by JES to promote environmental awareness and promote voluntary and environmental work to support the government in achieving comprehensive development.   Since its establishment, JES has been keen to spread the concept of environmental conservation through its activities and programs, including the Environmental Student Network, which aims to involve students of public and private schools in global and local environmental issues and raise their awareness of these matters.   At the end of the ceremony, the participating schools and the winners of the competition were honored and certificates were presented to them.
