Jordan Kuwait Bank, in partnership with INJAZ, has successfully concluded the second-semester sessions of the “Ask the Financial and Banking Expert” program. The initiative is part of the two organizations’ strategic partnership aimed at enhancing financial and banking literacy among university students and equipping them with the practical knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the job market.
The program featured 12 interactive sessions across 11 universities in Amman, delivered by a group of experienced Jordan Kuwait Bank professionals specializing in various areas of banking. More than 1,000 students participated in the sessions, which provided valuable insights into the banking sector, the key competencies required for success, and the latest developments shaping the financial and banking sector.
The sessions also introduced students to a range of career opportunities and professional pathways within the banking sector, helping them strengthen their career readiness and better align their academic studies with labor market needs.
The “Ask the Financial and Banking Expert” program serves as an interactive platform that connects students with industry professionals, enabling them to gain practical insights, develop a clearer understanding of potential career paths, and make more informed decisions about their professional futures.
This initiative reflects Jordan Kuwait Bank’s ongoing commitment to investing in youth and promoting financial and banking awareness. It underscores the Bank’s belief in the importance of preparing a generation equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the rapidly evolving financial sector, while continuing to support education and youth empowerment across Jordan.
