In an initiative aimed at helping university students grasp the intricacies of finance and prepare for future careers, Jordan Kuwait Bank and INJAZ organization have partnered to introduce the "Ask the Financial and Banking Expert" program at 10 universities across Jordan.
The program offers interactive sessions where students can interact with experienced professionals from Jordan Kuwait Bank, shedding light on emerging job opportunities, addressing queries, and sharing success stories. Its objective is to boost students' awareness, skills, and career choices, aligning them with their abilities and aspirations. The program was made official through a partnership agreement signed by Chief Operating & Support Officer of the bank, Mr. Daoud Issa, and the Chief Executive Officer of INJAZ, Ms. Deema Bibi, the signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Zuhdi Al-Jayyousi, Chief Banking Officer of the bank and Mr. Tariq Alhiary the Education Director of INJAZ, in addition to several employees from both parties.
Commenting on this partnership, Mr. Daoud Issa noted that “Jordan Kuwait Bank is committed to supporting young individuals by providing them with the essential skills and knowledge needed for the job market. We are confident that the 'Ask the Financial and Banking Expert' program will contribute to this goal by introducing students to new job prospects in the finance sector and equipping them with the necessary experience and skills to enhance their capabilities. The program will also include training in modern technologies, preparing them for future employment.”

Highlighting the importance of ongoing collaboration, Bibi expressed her pride in partnering with Jordan Kuwait Bank, a member of INJAZ board of directors. “At INJAZ, we focus on empowering youth with essential financial knowledge and practical experience. Our aim is to expose them to key job opportunities within the rapidly evolving financial and banking sectors. We plan to achieve this through interactive sessions at ten universities across the Kingdom.”
Bibi underscored the significance of cross-sector collaboration for the success of INJAZ’s programs, noting that empowering youth and preparing them for the job market is a shared responsibility among various sectors of the community.
