Jordan Kuwait Bank and Mastercard Announce Strategic Collaboration to Advance Innovation in Jordan’s Digital Payments Ecosystem

Jordan Kuwait Bank has announced a strategic collaboration with Mastercard, a global technology company in the payments industry, to advance digital payment solutions in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Jordan Kuwait Bank will continue offering a comprehensive suite of innovative Mastercard solutions, including debit cards, prepaid cards, and the Eli digital wallet, enhancing the customer experience through faster, easier, and more secure payment options. The collaboration will also support the expansion and optimization of the bank’s credit card proposition, providing customers with greater financial flexibility, promoting financial inclusion across the Jordanian market, and fueling innovation in the country’s payment ecosystem.

Commenting on the announcement, Haethum Buttikhi, Group CEO of Jordan Kuwait Bank, stated, “Jordan Kuwait Bank and Mastercard share a common vision for the future of banking in Jordan—one that embraces innovation and the latest in financial technology.
