In line with Jordan Kuwait Bank’s (JKB) corporate social responsibility’s adopted policy in the field of combatting poverty and hunger, and supporting the concept of voluntary work throughout the Kingdom, JKB and in collaboration with Tkiyet Um Ali and with the participation of JKB employees, organized a drive whereby they filled, boxed and prepared food parcels to be distributed to underprivileged families during the holy month of Ramadan.   The initiative aims at supporting Tkiyet Um Ali’s noble program to ensure a decent living for less fortunate families and to combat poverty and hunger, providing them with humanitarian aid and delivering food parcels throughout the Kingdom.   Mr. Haethum Buttikhi, Head of Retail and Private Banking at JKB, stated: “The Bank constantly strives to play an active role in serving the community, contribute towards achieving social and economic development and provide support to the various segments of the community to achieve sustainable development”. He also praised Tkiyet Um Ali on their efforts to eradicate poverty and hunger and lending their hand to help the families in need.  Mr. Buttikhi also stressed that the involvement of JKb’s employees in this campaign stems from the desire of the Bank's management to promote the culture of volunteering and to motivate the Bank’s employees to play an active role to serve their community.
