Jordan Kuwait Bank signed a partnership agreement with Global Girl Project, an international organization that works to create true community change in the developing world, through training, education and empowerment of young women. A leadership training program was prepared, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department. Due to the pandemic, the training was held online, and attended by 20 girls attending Shafa Badran – Al Murooj Secondary School in Amman and Al Maysaloon Elementary School in Irbid. Additionally representatives from the Bank attended the closing ceremonies after the conclusion of the training program that were held at both schools.
