Jan 11, 2026

Jordan Kuwait Bank has completed specialized training for all its branch employees across the Kingdom on how to effectively serve persons with disabilities. The program was implemented in collaboration with the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, reflecting the Bank’s commitment to enhancing its banking practices and advancing financial inclusion.

The initiative is part of the Bank’s vision to place all segments of society at the center of its services, and its ongoing efforts to build employee capabilities and foster an inclusive banking environment aligned with national standards and international best practices. The training aims to ensure that persons with disabilities receive a fair, accessible, and dignified banking experience, while supporting their right to equal access to a wide range of banking services and products.

Through this achievement, Jordan Kuwait Bank reinforces its leadership within the Jordanian banking sector, becoming the only bank to have completed this specialized training for all its employees. This milestone highlights the Bank’s role in promoting financial inclusion and social sustainability, and in cultivating an institutional culture based on equality and respect.

This initiative forms part of Jordan Kuwait Bank’s broader efforts to continuously improve service quality and support initiatives that contribute to a more inclusive banking sector, capable of meeting the diverse needs of the community and strengthening trust with its customers.
