Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) sponsored the seventh round of the Baja Jordan Rally World Cup—part of the FIA Baja Cross Country Cup—which took place from November 14 to 16, 2024, in Aqaba. Under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein, Chairman of Jordan Motorsport, this round introduced the first navigation rally in Wadi Rum, known as the "Wadi Al-Qamar Navigation Rally."

Prince Faisal signaled the rally’s start at Al-Thawra Square in Aqaba. The event served as the second-to-last stage of the World Cup for motorbikes and quad bikes under the FIM Baja. It was part of the Middle East Baja Cross Country Cup—FIA Baja—alongside the Baja Jordan National competition.

Designed to highlight the Aqaba region's appeal as a major tourist destination, the rally’s route extended from Aqaba to Wadi Rum and featured both individual and team participation. In addition to the national competition, the Wadi Al-Qamar Navigation Rally welcomed 27 amateur teams who navigated the desert in a non-competitive format to improve their off-road driving skills.

In total, 19 teams and 16 motorcyclists competed for points in the FIA Baja World Cup and Middle East Baja Championships, covering a challenging 522.43 kilometers of competitive course within a broader 749.30-kilometer desert landscape.

Among the event’s standout participants were JKB employees and representatives from United Financial Investments Company, a subsidiary of JKB. Team members Zeid Nassif, Bana Yaghmour, Ahmed Abdulaziz, Kareem Shawaeni, Mousa Shabsough, Youssef Ouda, Rami Abdul Fattah, Saddam Al-Zaben, Nour Al-Din Freihat, Talal Malhas, Samer Yerfas, and Khalid Malkawi achieved remarkable results, securing third place in the team category and a first place in the individual category.
