Jordan Kuwait Bank has announced its gold sponsorship of the 2025 Football Challenge, an initiative launched by IRIS Academy in collaboration with football legend Iker Casillas. This marks the first time the bank’s innovative digital wallet, Eli, is featured as the face of such a sponsorship, highlighting the bank’s strong commitment to social responsibility and its ongoing support for youth and sports across the Kingdom.
The challenge was designed to give young football players born between 2012 and 2014 from all over Jordan a platform to showcase their talent and develop their skills. The event received an overwhelming response, with nearly 8,000 ambitious young athletes registering for tryouts.
The program included intensive trials for promising players, visits to Jordan Kuwait Bank branches, and a gala dinner held on May 13 at The Ritz-Carlton. A group of standout players were selected to represent Jordan in an upcoming international tournament in Spain.
Through this sponsorship, Jordan Kuwait Bank emphasizes the importance of investing in youth potential and promoting sports as a way to build a stronger future generation and elevate Jordan’s profile on the global sports stage. This initiative also reflects the bank’s dedication to creating meaningful impact through innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships that benefit communities across the country.
