Jordan Kuwait Bank and INJAZ have renewed their partnership to implement the “Ask the Banking Expert” program across more than 10 universities in Jordan for the second consecutive year. The agreement was signed by Haethum Buttikhi, CEO of the Jordan Kuwait Bank Group, and Deema Bibi, CEO of INJAZ.

The program aims to enhance financial and banking literacy among university students and encourage them to explore future career opportunities in the banking sector by connecting them directly with industry experts and professionals.

Through interactive dialogue sessions with experienced staff from Jordan Kuwait Bank, students will gain a better understanding of emerging job opportunities in the sector, have their questions answered, and hear inspiring success stories about career growth and development. These sessions are designed to raise students’ professional awareness, sharpen their skills, and guide them toward career paths that align with their abilities, qualifications, and aspirations.

Commenting on the partnership, Haethum Buttikhi said, “The launch of the ‘Ask the Banking Expert’ program for the second year in a row with INJAZ reflects our firm commitment to empowering university students with the financial knowledge and practical experience they need for the future. At Jordan Kuwait Bank, we believe that investing in youth is an investment in the future of our country. This program is part of our broader strategy to support sustainable development and give back to communities across the Kingdom.”

Deema Bibi expressed her appreciation for the ongoing partnership with Jordan Kuwait Bank, one of INJAZ’s board members, stating, At INJAZ, we believe it is essential to equip young people with the financial knowledge and practical experience they need to succeed. This program introduces them to the wide range of career opportunities within the banking sector and highlights the rapid technological and scientific developments shaping the industry. Through these interactive sessions, we aim to reach students in ten universities across Jordan.”

Both parties reaffirmed the importance of cross-sector collaboration to ensure the success of INJAZ’s programs and initiatives, which aim to prepare a generation of informed, capable youth ready to make a lasting positive impact on their communities.
