1. The campaign will be launched on January 16, 2023, until May 25, 2023.
2. Eligible customers are individuals who own a MasterCard prepaid or debit card (clients and non-clients) and uses the card[s] only for international purchases, via POS. The transaction[s] must be successful and unreversed.
3. The eligible customer[s] will have the chance to enter a draw to win an iPhone14 Pro Max 14, when using their cards for international transactions with an equivalent amount of 20 JOD minimum, during each week of the campaign.
4. Draws will be held weekly, and winners will be excluded from the next draw.
5. Card status to be eligible to participate in the draw must be valid, active, and non-delinquent.
6. Cards that have not been used during the campaign period are not eligible to enter the draw.
7. Jordan Kuwait Bank’s employees are excluded from the campaign.
8. Mastercard credit card and Fly and Plus card holders are excluded from this campaign.
9. The drawing will be conducted electronically, where the winner will be notified by phone. If the cardholder does not answer the phone after three (3) attempts, the prize will be forfeited.
10. If the Bank is unable to contact the cardholder and the information is inaccurate or missing, another drawing will be held for another winner.
11. If the Bank is unable to contact the cardholder and the information is inaccurate or missing, another drawing will be held for another winner.
12. The Bank shall have the right to notify the winners using the communication channels that deems appropriate.  
13. In the event that the customer refuses to claim the prize for any reason, another draw will be conducted to find an alternative winner.
14. If the customer’s phone number has been changed, the customer must contact the call center at 06 5200999 to update the phone number, or visit a branch to update the details before the end of the campaign.
