Anti-Fraud Policy

 Jordan Kuwait Bank attaches utmost importance to protect its customers, employees, and corporate reputation from the risks of fraud in all its forms and managing fraud risks within the bank. The Anti-Fraud Policy aims to organize all measures and procedures followed by the bank across all the organized departments to protect and mitigate the risks of fraud that the bank may be exposed to, whether internal or external, and to detect, prevent, and deal with any fraudulent or suspicious behavior in accordance with the highest professional and legal standards. It also establishes sound and sustainable corporate behavior by providing general guidelines and defining responsibilities for establishing controls. The policy also outlines the procedures taken to deal with and investigate fraud cases when they occur. The bank also relies on advanced control systems, continuous employee training, and effective cooperation with control departments and competent authorities to ensure a safe and fair operating environment.
