Jordan Kuwait Bank has been awarded the Best Straight-Through Processing (STP) Rate for Outgoing Transfers for 2024 by J.P. Morgan Chase, in recognition of its excellence in providing high-quality banking services, particularly in international remittances and payments.

Jordan Kuwait Bank’s CEO, Haethum Buttikhi, received the award from the Head of Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan Chase during a visit by a delegation from the U.S. bank. The ceremony was attended by Ibrahim Bisha, Head of Treasury and Financial Institutions at Jordan Kuwait Bank.

J.P. Morgan Chase granted this award in recognition of the bank’s exceptional accuracy in executing international transfers, with an automated transaction accuracy rate of 99.72%. This achievement underscores the bank’s commitment to providing high-quality financial services, ensuring fast, precise, and cost-effective U.S. dollar transactions while minimizing risks.
