In collaboration with Better Business, Jordan Kuwait Bank’s Development & Performance Unit- Human Resources Department organized the closing ceremony for the yearlong training program ”Emerging Leader” that was tailored  for branch and head office managers and assistant managers to develop leadership skills. The closing ceremony held at the Bank’s Head Office on Wednesday 24/2/2021 was attended by Mr. Haethum Buttikhi, Head of Retail & Private Banking at Jordan Kuwait Bank, Mrs. Abeer Qumsieh, The founder and General Manager of Better Business, and members of the Bank’s management. A presentation was given on the training program and its effectiveness in developing the participants’ leadership skills, especially during this difficult and critical period due to COVID-19 pandemic, which required modern methods for employee development,  and the Bank’s endeavor to provide the highest levels of customer service. The “Emerging Leader” training program was carried out as part of the Bank’s  strategic focus on enhancing and developing the skills and knowledge of branch and head office managers. The program covered several areas, including: leadership that makes a difference, customer acquisition skills and social intelligence skills. In conclusion, Mr. Haethum Buttikhi and Mrs. Abeer Qumsieh presented the trainees their certificates of participation.
