Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB), and in collaboration with Coventry University (UK), enrolled a number of its employees to attend Coventry University’s summer school program titled “Skills for Global leaders”, with the aim of enhancing cultural exchange among the international participants and to identify and practice modern methods applied by a number of global institutions. The program also included social events and field visits to several landmarks in the United Kingdom. This initiative, initiated by His Excellency Mr. Abdel Karim Kabariti, Chairman of the Board of Directors, recognizes the Bank’s role and interest in developing the professional skills and knowledge of its youth employees. The program aimed at enriching and developing the participants' knowledge and experience by providing them with the opportunity to learn about modern practices and applications in business administration, all the while enhancing their self-confidence. The program also allowed the Bank’s young employees to exchange their experiences and ideas with their counterparts from other countries and interact with the different cultures around us.
