• Extending insurance coverage to include the device causing the damage.
• Extending insurance coverage to include the Insured’s Boiler.
• Extending insurance coverage to include losses or damages caused by snow falling on an outdoor garage.

Jurisdiction:  Law and Courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Geographical Scope: Jordan.

Rate: 

0.600 per mille minimum JD 50

(rate is inclusive of policy issuance charges, 16% Sales Tax, and 1% stamps).

Deductibles:

• 1% of the claim amount for each and every loss in respect of natural hazards.
• First JOD 150 – each and every loss in respect of other insured perils.
• First 5 days in respect of loss of rent

Additional coverage:

Extending of insurance coverage to insure legal liability towards neighbors against fire is only limited to JD 5,000 for any accident and in the aggregate.

Extending of insurance coverage to insure loss of rent resulting from an insured peril causing the insured’s apartment to be uninhabitable with a maximum limit of JD 1,500 monthly for renting a house or renting a hotel room with a 3 months indemnity period.
