How to Get Started:

Getting started with our digital onboarding service is simple:

  1. Download JKBMobile from the App Store, Google Play Store or Huawei.
  2. Complete the account opening process using valid identification documents.
  3. Verify your identity and activate your account.
  4. Start enjoying the convenience of our digital banking services!

 

  1. Easy Digital Onboarding: With our easy-to-use digital onboarding service, you can create your digital account in a few simple steps. Start by downloading JKBMobile from the App Store, Google Play, or Huawei. Once you're in, choose 'I want to become a customer (Open an account now).

 

  1. Eligibility: Make sure you have your ID card and proof of residence before you start the process.
  • We respect your privacy and assure you that your identity will be retrieved securely from the civil status system.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • If you are non-Jordanian resident or an American passport holder, we are happy to serve you in any of our branches.

 

  1. Verification: "After filling your contact information, a six-digit verification code will be sent to you. This code is valid for two minutes and ensures the accuracy of the information provided. Following this, confirm your Jordanian citizenship, and you're one step closer to completing the process.

 

  1. Selfie Verification: "Our advanced facial recognition technology matches your uploaded selfie with the picture on your ID document. If the match percentage is high enough, you can proceed with the onboarding process.

 

  1. Data Review: All personal data retrieved from the civil status system will be displayed for you to review and confirm its correctness and accuracy.

 

  1. Personal Details: For both resident and non-resident customers, residence information is also necessary.

 

  1. Document Upload: You will then be prompted to upload clear and valid images of your required documents, such as proof of residence.

 

  1. Debit Card Delivery: Choose to collect your Debit card from a branch or have it delivered to a location of your choice.

 

  1. Setting up your Account:  Set up your username and password for the mobile application, followed by a second authentication code for financial transfers. Choose from options like Fingerprint, Face ID, Second Password, or OTP.
