How do I register to the internet banking service (JKBOnline)?
If you have an account at Jordan Kuwait Bank and wish to subscribe to the JKBOnline, kindly visit the JKBOnline page and select the “New User Registration” Tab.
 
How do I register the JKBMobile service?
To register for JKBMobile and activate your device, the following steps are required:
  1. Download the application from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
  2. Register to the internet banking service (JKBOnline) if not already registered.
  3. Login to JKBMobile, noting that the login credentials for JKBMobile are the same as JKBOnline.
  4. Upon being notified that the device needs to be activated, you are required to login to your JKBOnline account and follow the following steps: 
    • Go to “My Profile” and select “Mobile Device Management”.
    • Activate your device
 
What do I do if my mobile device is replaced/ lost/ stolen?
In the case your mobile device is replaced/ lost/ stolen, you are required to deactivate the mobile device from the JKBOnline service by following the same steps as activating your device but in this case selecting “delete”.
 
What should I do if I forgot my login credentials for my internet banking service (JKBOnline) or mobile application (JKBMobile)?
  • In the case you forgot your “Password”, please visit the internet banking service (JKBOnline) and select the service “Forgot Password” to reset it. In this case you will need your Debit Card and an active mobile number listed under your bank records.
  • In the case you forgot your User ID or your account has been locked due to incorrect login attempts, please call the contact center at 06-5200999 / 080022066 or send an Email to [email protected]
 
What is One-time password-OTP / Smart SMS feature in the online banking service?
“One Time Password” (OTP) technology aims to resolve the secure passwords issues, such as weak passwords generated by the users who neglect to develop strong passwords, in addition to making accessing un-authorized users to the system much more difficult, by generating unique numeric combinations that constantly change, therefore reducing risks associated with the authentication mechanism.
“One Time Password” is generated automatically each time you try to login, register a new user, reset your password, or perform a transaction that has the mandatory “OTP” feature. The OTP is sent to your mobile number that was provided when your account at JKB was opened, and can only be used once.
 
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
To report a lost or stolen card at any time of the day please call the contact center on 06-5200999 / 080022066.
 
How can I receive funds to my account at Jordan Kuwait Bank?
The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is an internationally agreed standard used to identify bank accounts worldwide to facilitate faster payment processing.
To ensure funds are received successfully to your account at Jordan Kuwait Bank, you will need to provide the sending party with the following information:
  • The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) where the funds will be received. 
To obtain your IBAN Number, please visit the  Bank’s website www.jkb.com, contact your branch or the Contact Center at 06-5200999 / 080022066, or if you are subscribed to the internet banking service (JKBOnline) or the mobile application (JKBMobile), the IBAN is the 30 digit account number listed under the account details. 
  • The full name of the account holder as per the Bank’s records
  • The name of the branch receiving the funds
 
What are the bills that I can pay through JKBOnline or JKBMobile?
You can pay all billers registered in the eFAWATEERcom electronic bill payment using both the JKBOnline and JKBMobile services.
